Hello Boaters!

We are so excited to be talking about our 4th Annual River Rendezvous Event.
We hope that you will join Hipp Marine for a fun day in the sun with lots of time for swimming, a river scavenger hunt, a treasure hunt, and much more!
Back by popular demand: We will have a “Welcome Breakfast” on Saturday morning so everyone can meet each other before the day’s events commence.  You will not have to cook breakfast, YEAH… We will then have a group registration/orientation meeting.

After a fun filled day we will again meet over a great meal with our version of “Boater’s Wheel of Fortune,” a raffle (as you suggested we have shortened the time for the raffle) with great prizes and games for the kids.

Following is the registration information you need to get started. Go to our website, under the ABOUT US Tab scroll down to RIVER RENDEZVOUS then click on 2009 RIVER RENDEZVOUS REGISTRATION FORM . Fill out the registration form. If paying by credit card we have added a secure credit card form for your convenience for payment and to reserve your spot. For other payment types or information call Susan  (858) 541-2960.
Now, let’s go have some fun on the water!!!

Registration Information:

The registration fee includes entry to Hidden Shores for the day, access to all of their facilities, a registration bag filled with a t-shirt and goodies for you along with a map of Hidden Shores, the schedule for the day’s events, breakfast, dinner & and much more! Remember there is a great pool and shower facility for you to use too!

We are offering a discounted fee of $2.00 off per person for early registration until August 29th, 2009.  After August 29th the fees will be as listed below. All reservations are on a first come first serve basis as space permits.

Adults:  $53.00 for the first adult and $43.00 for each additional person- 17 years of age and over
Child:  $28.00/child - 6 to 16 years of age (t-shirt, dinner and use of facilities)
Free:   Children 5 and under (does not include a t-shirt, sorry)

A portion of your registration fee will go to the Susan G. Komen For The Cure Foundation. You will receive a “Sharing the Promise” pink wristband to wear during the days events. For more information please visit www.sdkomen.org.

We will need everyone’s name and your child’s age when you register with us. You will be able to put this information on our registration page on our website. We will be passing the information onto the Guard House at Hidden Shores for admittance to the Village. No one will be allowed entry without being registered with Hipp Marine.

There are RV sites available for rent from Hidden Shores for the day or the weekend. Please call Hidden Shores to make those reservations and let them know you are with the Hipp Marine event; we have arranged for a special price. Please Note: Important Rules at Hidden Shores
Golf carts are only allowed with proof of insurance given to the Hidden Shores office when checking in.

Pets are allowed with the exception of pit bull terriers and Rottweiler’s.
Quiet hours of the Village are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. But, we get to party till 11:00 p.m. in the banquet room.
